Getting Serious About Flexibility
Since the beginning of (the)
My Fitness Miracle
blog I have stated part of the overall goal is improved flexibility. I have not held myself accountable or motivated myself.
Today I will log some flexibility.
Hamstring stretch: 11 minutes
Quadriceps stretch: 4 minutes
Hip flexor stretch: 3 minutes
Groin stretch: 2 minutes
Calf stretch: 2 minutes
Chest stretch: 1 minute
